Apple fries are light, sweet and salty snacks which will be loved by children. To prepare these, in a bowl mix ½ cup of milk, ¾ cup of flour, 1 small egg, ½ teaspoon baking powder and 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Dip the round cut slices of apple in this batter before putting them on a pan with little oil. Flip them till the time they don’t cook perfectly and turn golden in colour. Now they are ready to eat.
