Try pairing your jeans with a knit bodysuit. Knit bodysuits and tops in general are a huge trend for 2021, and I really like the interesting textural element a knit brings to this super simple combo.
Be mindful of the jean styles you pair with your bodysuit. I am not saying that skinny jeans are out completely, but if you’re going for a form-fitting top, try a high-waisted straight leg or flare jeans in stead. Personally, I like this pairing because it creates a much more flattering silhouette. Also, high-waisted jeans with a bit of a flare tend to accentuate the waist to create that hourglass silhouette.
When it comes to bodysuits, I suggest something in a neutral shade. Versatility aside, neutral shades are having a moment this summer. They look great with denim in a variety of washes, so they’ll be easy to style, and they add a very polished vibe to your look.
